Our Story
Brigham Associates was born from the vision of Andrew Boyles, a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the legal sector's needs. Previously, Andrew served as the Managing Director of T&M Legal Consulting, a leading consultancy for Taylor Rose MW. He also founded TEDIUS, a legal tech company that provided support services specifically for consultant solicitors. These experiences exposed Andrew to a critical gap in the market: a lack of truly bespoke recruitment and business development services tailored to the legal sector.
Recognizing this unmet need, he established Brigham Associates.
He envisioned a firm that provided a more personalized approach to recruitment and business development, addressing the challenges he himself had encountered. By offering these specialized services, Brigham Associates aims to bridge the gap for all law firms and consultant solicitors, ensuring they have access to the talent and resources needed for success.
